Reservation & cancelations
Reservations can be made only directly at https://www.casamontiroma.com or by contacting our team at spa@casamontiroma.com or by calling the: +39 (0)6 45 22 95 26. A valid credit card will be required to confirm any bookings.
Should you wish to schedule a treatment outside of the spa operating hours, an additional charge corresponding at 50% of your treatment’s price will occur. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your booking, please be advised that 24 hours are required in order for us to accommodate your request. No-show or last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
Before your treatment
In order to give you adequate time to complete the health questionary form and relax, we recommend that you arrive 10 to 20 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will affect the duration of your scheduled appointment. For us to be able to prepare your experience, we also ask that you fill out the health questionnaire shared in the link in your confirmation ahead of your reservation.
Dress code
Bathrobes, slippers, and towels are available at the spa for your treatment, we however advise you to bring your bathing suit. A locker will be at your disposal to securely store your belongings. For our hotel guests, we recommend you come directly in your bathrobe and slippers.
Health conditions & allergies
Kindly consult with your physician before taking any treatment or using our facility. We kindly ask that you inform us if you recently have or are currently following a medical treatment. If you have any allergies, please make sure to inform our team upon reservation. If you are pregnant, we kindly ask that you notify us when making the reservation. Please note that we are unable to perform and body massage or treatments the first three months of the pregnancy.
General policies:
Please be advised that it is good practice to shower before any treatment. Silence, peace and respect are part of our spaphilosophy. Please consider other guests’ space and privacy. Please silence any electronic devices you might have before entering the facility. We are unable to offer in-room treatments or massage. Please note that access to the wellness area is included for any treatment of an hour of more. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to access the wellness area (baths, hammam, saunas, fitness studio).
Valuables loss or dammage
Please secure your valuables. The spa will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during your visit.
